To advocate for the increase of diversity, equity and inclusion in arts and culture.
Metas
- To suggest strategies to increase equal access to funding opportunities to underserved arts organizations led by people of color.
- To recommend remedies for the issue of under-representation of diverse groups in the Central Florida arts community at all levels.
- To advocate for the investment of necessary resources for diverse artists and groups to experience equity and have the opportunity to grow and participate on equal terms.
