The Department believes in and holds its employees to the leadership values and principles of Duty, Respect, and Integrity. However, there are times when the public may be concerned with the actions of an employee.
The purpose of the Fire Professional Standards Bureau is to provide investigative, research, referral, and consultation services to the Department and its managers so they can ensure the highest ethical standards are upheld in their delivery of these services to the public.
As a means of constantly striving to improve our performance and maintain the highest respect and ethical standards to the community, the Orange County Fire Rescue Department encourages questions and/or complaints regarding the Department's performance or the actions of its employees whenever there is a concern.
