• District 5 Commissioner Kelly Martinez Semrad and Orange County Community and Family Services are hosting the Neighborhood Centers for Families Back-to-School Fair at Bithlo Community Park on Saturday, July 26, from 9 a.m.-noon. Pre-registration is encouraged: click here. Event includes free food, kids' fun zone, backpacks, school supplies, immunizations and sports ECG (while supplies last). Children must be present. For immunizations and sports ECG, children must be present and parents must bring the following documents:
  • Parent/guardian identification
  • Child's birth certificate or identification (passport)
  • Vaccination record needed
